Legendary NCC 1701-D Galaxy-class starship, under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard - "The New Generation" fame... It served many missions and was involved in numerous events that affected United Federation of Planets. It was destroyed when a Klingon torpedo sent it into the atmosphere of Veridian III's forcing it to crush-land. Its successor "Enterpise-E" went on to continue the legendary tradition of "Enterprises"
